Insignia Fire TV Edition

• Won’t Turn On: Unplug the TV for 60 seconds, then plug back in. Check if the red standby light is on.
• No Sound or Low Volume: Press the microphone button on the remote and say “Volume Up”; check Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio Output.
• Remote Not Working: Replace batteries; re-pair by holding Home button for 10 seconds near the TV.
• Apps Crashing / Slow Performance: Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Clear cache/data or force stop the app.
• Wi-Fi Keeps Disconnecting: Restart router; forget network and reconnect; move TV closer to router or use 5 GHz band.

Insignia Roku TV

• Black Screen / No Picture: Power cycle (unplug 1 minute); confirm correct input/source is selected.
• No Signal on Antenna Channels: Rescan channels: Home > Settings > TV inputs > Antenna TV > Scan for channels.
• Roku Remote Not Responding: Re-pair by pressing pairing button inside battery compartment for 5 seconds.
• Software Update Stuck: Restart TV; if it fails repeatedly, perform factory reset (Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset).

• Picture Issues (distortion, lines): Try a different HDMI cable; change resolution on the source device.
• No Power: Test outlet with another device; check power cord connection on both ends.
• Overheating / Auto Shut-Off: Ensure vents are clear of dust and the TV has at least 4 inches of space on all sides.
