Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote and insert the included AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity.
  2. Power On TV: Ensure your Insignia Roku TV is plugged in and powered on.
  3. Automatic Pairing: The remote should automatically pair with your TV. If not, press and hold the pairing button inside the battery compartment for 3 seconds.
  4. Check Connection: Point the remote at your TV and press any button. The TV should respond to commands.
  5. Test Functions: Test all major functions including power, volume, channel, and navigation buttons.
  6. Voice Control Setup: For voice-enabled remotes, follow on-screen prompts to set up voice control features.
  7. Final Check: Ensure all buttons work correctly and the remote operates from your typical viewing distance.
