Safety Instructions

WARNING! To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this TV to rain or moisture. Read all instructions before use; save for later reference. Unplug before cleaning with dry cloth only—do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners. Use only manufacturer-recommended attachments. Do not use near water (bathtub, sink, pool). Place on stable surface to avoid falls causing injury or damage. Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked; avoid beds, sofas, rugs, heat sources, or built-in enclosures without proper airflow. Operate only on indicated power source (120V 60Hz); consult dealer if unsure. Use polarized plug as is—do not defeat safety feature; replace obsolete outlets via electrician. Do not rest items on cord or place where it can be stepped on. Follow all marked warnings. Ground antenna/cable systems per NEC Article 810 (use No. 10 AWG copper or equivalent; secure wires 4-6 ft apart; mount discharge unit near entry; avoid power lines). Unplug during lightning storms or long non-use to prevent surges. Do not overload outlets/extensions. Never insert objects or spill liquids into TV. Do not service yourself—refer to qualified technicians. Unplug and service if: cord/plug damaged, liquid spilled, rain-exposed, abnormal operation (adjust only per instructions), dropped/damaged, performance changed. Use specified replacement parts; perform safety checks post-service.

Note to CATV installer: Ground cable per NEC Section 820-40 near entry point.

CAUTION! Risk of electric shock—do not remove cover; no user-serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified personnel. Changes/modifications not approved may void authority to operate. Do not use polarized plug with extension unless blades fully insert. Lightning flash symbol alerts to uninsulated voltage risk; exclamation point to important instructions.
